Terms of service.
We understand that plans change. Drift House is a small, handcrafted operation, and each booking is reserved exclusively for you. Our cancellation policy helps ensure fairness to both our guests and our schedule.
Cancellations
7+ days before rental: Full refund of your deposit or payment.
3–6 days before rental: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Within 72 hours of rental: No refund — the full amount will be charged.
Note: Rescheduling within the same timeframe is subject to availability and is treated the same as a cancellation.
Weather & Safety
We operate rain or shine, but we reserve the right to postpone or reschedule your booking if conditions are unsafe for towing or operating the sauna, including high winds, heavy storms, wildfire smoke, or road closures.
If Drift House initiates a cancellation due to weather or mechanical issues, you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking—your choice.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking once at no cost if you notify us more than 7 days in advance of your rental date.
Rescheduling within 7 days may incur a small relocation or scheduling fee, depending on distance and date availability.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation confirmation.
No-Shows
If we arrive on site and are unable to deliver or set up due to blocked access, unsafe terrain, or absence of a contact person, the booking will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
